Primary Duties:
  • Aid in the preparation, serving, and storage of food in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations and Arms Acres protocols
  • Organize sanitation and food service stations in kitchen and dining settings
  • Maintain cleanliness, rotate inventory, and arrange service lines, coolers, and storage spaces
  • Conduct inventory checks, report shortages, and distribute supplies to various kitchen areas
  • Prepare and set up items for salad bar service
  • Assemble, deliver, and collect meal trays for patients in the units
  • Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure proper temperature management
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient understanding and communication in English

Compensation Range:
