OneSpaWorld is a global leader in the wellness and beauty industry, providing innovative solutions for customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

The E-commerce Strategist will be responsible for driving pre-cruise revenue through onboard spas, generating demand for our retail e-commerce platform (TimetoSpa.com), creating awareness for our land-based spas, and managing internal websites. This role requires a data-driven and creative mindset with strong communication and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations and cruise line partners to develop and manage plans that increase spend and volume (yield) of pre-cruise bookings and digital bookings onboard.
  • Drive the total business for our retail platform, TimetoSpa, by leading a team to develop content and promotional calendars.
  • Develop and manage the strategy and investment plan for email, organic social, paid media, and earned media, employing KPIs to measure success and adapt accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Marketing experience with 3 years of e-Commerce experience.
  • Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Cruise, Travel, or Hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related topic.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
