Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial/ Cleaner to join our team at Cherry Hill Public Schools. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
- Assist with special events and projects, such as deep cleaning and renovations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in custodial work or a related field preferred
