Job Title: MOHS Histotech - Part Time

Location: Multiple Locations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MOHS Histotech to join our team on a part-time basis. As a MOHS Histotech, you will be responsible for preparing tissue sections for examination, cutting and staining frozen sections for rapid diagnosis during surgery, and maintaining and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare tissue sections for examination using complex techniques and procedures
* Cut and stain frozen sections for rapid diagnosis during surgery
* Prepare slides for filing and organize slide storage
* Monitor and stock supplies
* Maintain and clean equipment
* Adhere to compliance and completion of compliance training

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* ASCP HT/HTL certification or Florida HT/HTL license preferred
* Must maintain attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
* Basic computer skills required
* Ability to work as a team player and remain compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA requirements
