About the Role

We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at Overhead Door. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in using PC's and related software, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes.

Main Duties:
  • Respond to customer requests for information concerning order tracking, expediting, and product availability.
  • Perform order entry at both sales invoicing levels and request products from supply plants.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the door industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 per year.
