Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing our sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and meet client expectations
  • Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines
  • Execute all required tasks, projects, and resets with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet or exceed client expectations
  • Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution compliance
  • Have a detailed knowledge of all company policies and procedures
  • Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead on all activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any success or potential barriers
  • Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
  • Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations
  • Automobile liability insurance required
  • Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
