Educational Background

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a nurse across all shifts in a rotational schedule, Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
  • Foster a positive patient care atmosphere by assessing, planning, and executing effective care strategies while engaging with patients and their families
  • Act as the primary liaison among various healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care in acute or clinic settings

  • Oversee daily clinical operations
  • Provide care for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patients, demonstrating expertise in assessment, pain management, sedation, and potential complications
  • Administer sedation and analgesia, monitoring patients as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing relevant policies and procedures
  • Address patient and healthcare team inquiries by providing accurate information
  • Uphold a safe and clean working environment through effective procedures and regulations
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
  • Audit patient and clinic records to ensure accurate documentation of care services
  • Manage nursing supplies inventory by analyzing usage trends and forecasting needs
  • Promote a collaborative atmosphere among the healthcare team through effective communication and rapport-building
