Job Description: Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to join our growing Los Angeles team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery and acting as a key day-to-day client interface. Your primary objective will be to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added service, while working closely with stakeholders to identify potential delays and ensure that projects remain within scope.

Salary: $145K-$165K per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Construction Scheduler, your key responsibilities will include:
• Tracking progress of projects within the larger program, identifying potential delays, and working with stakeholders to ensure that projects remain within scope
• Developing and maintaining high-level master schedules to manage projects through design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout phases
• Generating and updating detailed construction schedules based on drawing reviews and input from project stakeholders
• Reviewing contractor construction schedules for compliance with contract requirements, use of scheduling best practices, progress, and changes
• Coordinating schedule activities between various projects and stakeholders

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a college degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field of study. A minimum of five years of scheduling experience in the construction industry is required, with experience in building construction preferred. Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project scheduling software is essential, as is technology savvyness and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Additional qualifications include experience with developing, maintaining, and reviewing project schedules, including experience with cost and resource loading, and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
