We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards are met for the sales floor.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
