Position Title: General Utility / Dishwasher

Role Summary: As an essential member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our culinary workspaces, tools, and equipment. Your duties will include maintaining sanitary conditions, assisting with food preparation, and gaining experience across various kitchen functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Remove and pre-rinse food debris from soiled dishes prior to loading them into the dishwasher (50%*)
  • Utilize either hand washing or the dishwashing machine to clean pots, pans, and trays (15%*)
  • Complete designated food preparation tasks (10%*)
  • Dispose of waste and refuse in the appropriate locations (10%*)
  • Thoroughly clean work surfaces, kitchen equipment, and floors (5%*)
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles (5%*)
  • Set up, operate, and disassemble the dishwashing machine (5%*)

Qualifications:
