Position Overview

This is a full-time Non-Exempt (hourly) position supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the local hardware, software, and functional expert for one of the following: FIRESIM/ExCIS, BSWS, JDLM, MUSE SENGEN, or WARSIM.
  • Provides formal classroom instruction to BSWS operators prior to constructive exercises.
  • Maintains setup, testing, and troubleshooting guides for SME system.
  • Troubleshoots computer hardware, software, and basic networking configurations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the LVC-G field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in setting up systems, troubleshooting, and software configuration issues.
  • Must have an understanding of Windows OS and Linux OS.

Education Requirements

Minimum of AA/AS degree in relevant field. BA/BS preferred.
