Job Title: Prep Cook

At Caraluzzi's Markets, we're seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our Prepared Food team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll play a vital role in preparing fresh ingredients for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking, ensuring they're ready to meet customer demands.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by waiting on customers, answering questions, and providing meal suggestions.
  • Package and replenish products as needed.
  • Assist customers with catering and entertaining needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous culinary, cooking, or food preparation experience.
  • Strong knife skills, including dicing and chopping.
  • Preferable degree in Culinary Arts (although not required).
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
