About the Job
As a Java Developer at Transoft Info Solutions, Inc., you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java programming language. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Write, compile, and modify web applications using Java programming language.
2. Develop or acquire test data and run tests to determine the accuracy of program logic to produce desired results; debugs and revises programs based on test results.
3. Use program specifications to prepare the logic sequence of program source statements in the development, modification, documentation, and maintenance of computer programs.
4. Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.
5. Develop specifications to detail what new systems or enhancements to existing systems can accomplish.
6. Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules.
7. Converts and implements new systems or upgrades existing systems.
8. Develops, implements, and monitors information technology quality assurance standards.
9. Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence related to the work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
3. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
