It offers the opportunity to be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing care for individuals in the Puget Sound area who require ongoing support for complete recovery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel; assign responsibilities and coordinate nursing services.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing protocols and procedures.
  • Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for nursing staff.
  • Engage in providing nursing care, assess patient needs, and ensure that services are delivered and documented accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient healthcare records.
  • Manage inventory of supplies; order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Promote adherence to the organization's Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring staff performance and addressing compliance issues.
Qualifications Required:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Salary range: $37 - $60 per hour, with additional Charge Nurse supplement when fulfilling Charge Nurse responsibilities. While we anticipate candidates will be compensated within this range, certain circumstances may allow for adjustments.
