Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Certification as Chief of Staff, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the health insurance industry.

  • Proven track record of project management and strategic planning.
