Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time CNA to work a 4-day on, 2-day off rotation. As a CNA at Rancho Bellagio, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care provided, and collaborating with our care plan nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records
  • Take vital signs and assist with care plan implementation
  • Ensure resident needs and desires are met in a timely and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with other staff members to provide a positive and supportive work environment
