Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Medical Office Otolaryngology Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, utilizing the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
