Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team at Empro Staffing. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding patients
  • Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with mobility and patient transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements
  • Valid state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nursing home, clinic, or medical office
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely, with a focus on patient care and comfort
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience in caregiving or with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Phlebotomy skills are a plus
