We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Special Care Unit team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
- Utilize your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- $20,000 Commitment-incentive bonus.

- Current state RN license or a current multistate compact license.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- One or more years of experience in an acute care setting and/or geriatric setting preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
