Job Summary

Loading, delivering, and unloading materials at the warehouse and to store locations, customer homes, etc. This is a part-time position, 16-24 hours per week. It's a local route with no overnight deliveries. This position has the potential to become full-time.

Essential Functions
  • Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading and unloading
  • Communicating with other team members to make deliveries
  • Performing all basic truck maintenance
  • Meeting delivery deadlines
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Responsible for loading customer's flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed.
  • Offload and receive product into the inventory system, then call/email customers in a timely manner of its arrival.
  • Complete pick up and receiving paperwork accurately and tag products and pallets accordingly.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Store maintenance and cleaning, including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma GED or equivalent
  • Valid Class "A" Driver License
  • Forklift experience - 2+ years
  • Delivery experience - 2+ years
Preferred Education and Experience
