Join our team as a Staff Pharmacist at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac, Indiana. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a 30-hour workweek on a day shift with weekend rotations.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for filling orders with accuracy, checking technician-prepared products before release, maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances, and entering orders and patient information with accuracy.

You will also aid in the training of new staff, update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy, and assist the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 12:00pm.

Required qualifications include a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, a current Pharmacist license in good standing in Indiana, and the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns.

Additional requirements include demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting, experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems, and effective communications skills; verbal and written.

Hospital requirements may include a (PPD) TB Skin Test, (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity, Varicella, Hep B3 Series, (Flu) Influenza, and COVID Vaccine.
