  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh seasonal ingredients and tested recipes.
  • Customer Service: Interact with guests throughout the day, showcasing our passion for foodservice and exhibiting our dedication to hospitality.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all food safety and quality procedures are followed.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our Chef and Sous Chef to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, and able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a food production or culinary role is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
