Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of systems and coordinating mechanical and electrical startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all systems are ready to operate safely, with proper safety precautions in place.
  • Interface with trade managers and subcontractors to coordinate Mechanical/Electrical startups.
  • Organize and facilitate training for clients' personnel on system operations and maintenance.
  • Review and process project submittal information, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  • Receive and distribute requests for information (RFI) and change-in-scope documents.
  • Provide technical guidance at the onsite field construction office.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree required.
  • Background in materials and methods of construction preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of commercial construction experience required.
  • Industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing project experience preferred.
  • LEED Accredited Professional or ability to become accredited within 18 months preferred.
