Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee intricate construction litigation matters, encompassing issues such as engineering and design flaws, violations of building codes, product malfunctions, warranty disputes, contract breaches, and fraud allegations.
- Provide expert legal counsel on all facets of construction law, including the negotiation and formulation of contracts related to design, engineering, and construction, while ensuring adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
- Advocate for clients in various dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration, as well as in judicial proceedings at local, state, and federal levels.
- Manage multi-party disputes involving extensive construction undertakings, such as infrastructure projects, industrial complexes, healthcare facilities, commercial real estate, and both residential and public-private partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
- Substantial experience in construction litigation, with a demonstrated history of managing complex cases and securing favorable results for clients.
- Proficient litigation abilities, including trial and appellate experience, with a capacity to handle large-scale, multi-party disputes.
