Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties outlined in the plan of care
  • Communicate with office and family
  • Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Provide meal preparation services
  • Personal care, dressing, and grooming
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
  • Med reminders
  • Transferring and providing transportation to doctor, beauty salon, etc.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License/Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Car Insurance
  • Florida Driver's License
  • Social Security Card
  • CPR Certification (online course not accepted)
  • Alzheimer's Certificate
  • HIV/AIDS Certificate
  • TB Test/Chest X-Ray
  • Level 2 Background Screening
  • Smart Phone
Compensation:

$10.00-$11.00 per hour
