Medical Physicist

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team in Florence, SC. As a Medical Physicist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality radiation therapy and ensuring the safe and effective use of radiation devices.

• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
• Participate in linear accelerator quality assurance, treatment planning, brachytherapy, and consultation to ensure the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy.
• Provide technical support and skills for the adoption of new technology and identify opportunities for improvements in the delivery of physics and dosimetry support.
• Maintain quality assurance and calibration procedures for all radiation devices according to currently accepted protocols and standards of practice.
• Responsible for treatment planning physics, radiation safety, and regulatory oversight.
• Communicate complex ideas and facilitate cooperation with the radiation oncology team.
• Conduct weekly reviews of patient treatment records and annual quality assurance tests on equipment.
• Maintain ACR accreditation and stay proficient in all current treatment planning techniques and complex dose computations.

• American Board of Radiology (ABR) Certification.
