About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician and Electrologist to perform non-invasive laser hair removal services. Our team is dedicated to providing world-class service and training our professionals to perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

A Day in the Life

* Perform all laser hair removal treatments within our established treatment protocols and procedures
* Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
* Work autonomously with guests to achieve their laser hair removal goals
* Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
* Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering exceptional service
* Record clear and accurate documentation
* Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
* Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality

Requirements

* Passionate about providing excellent service
* Ability to connect with guests and build genuine relationships
* Full-time position, willing to work flexible days and hours
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information
* Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Be able to visually assess the guest's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
* Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)

Education and Experience

* Esthetician License (Required)
* Electrolysis License (Required)
* 1-3 years of experience
* Experience with Candela preferred
* Previous sales experience is preferred
* This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
