DIRFloortime Therapist

We are a leading provider of DIRFloortime therapy services, dedicated to supporting children with autism in building strong relationships and unlocking their potential.

As a DIRFloortime Player, you will play a vital role in our team, working one-to-one with autistic youths to provide engaging and meaningful therapy sessions.

• Befriend and engage with the youth, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and development.
• Play and interact with the child, using positive and affective approaches to promote meaningful change.
• Document sessions and progress, using video recordings and data collection to inform future sessions.
• Collaborate with our clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality care and support.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, counseling, or psychology.
• 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a special education or developmental intervention setting.
• Valid form of ID and ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Reliable transportation and a working device for data collection and video sessions.

• Flexible and part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
