Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to provide clinical support to our physicians and mid-level providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, OSHA/CLIA regulations, and HIPAA compliance. Additionally, experience with electronic health records (EHR) and phlebotomy certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clear direction to patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring completion of all forms vital to the revenue cycle. They will also be required to interact with billing offices as needed to resolve patient issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* High School degree or equivalent
* CMA or RMA certification
* Valid driver's license, reliable operating transportation, and proof of current auto insurance
* 1+ years' experience in an outpatient medical office setting preferred
