Job OverviewAt StretchLab Fremont, we are seeking a skilled Flexology Specialist to join our team. As a Flexology Specialist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients, assessing their needs and guiding them through customized stretches to improve their flexibility and range of motion. You will also educate clients on the benefits of stretch therapy and create personalized plans for them to continue improving between visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to include all major muscle groups
  • Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of stretch therapy
  • Collaborate with the team to create an individualized stretching plan for each patient
  • Maintain accurate records of each session
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
  • Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
  • Ensure a clean and safe facility
  • Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through stretch therapy
  • Previous experience in a therapeutic setting
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Comfortable with performing stretch therapies on diverse clients
  • Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
  • High level of ethics and integrity
