American Health Communities is a network of skilled nursing and rehab facilities providing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, and daily care for long-term residents.
Requirements:- Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends
- Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Supervisory experience and ability to train support staff
