Job Title: Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at 1st Class Roofing Inc. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew of roofers and overseeing the installation of roofing systems on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of roofers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all crew members are following OSHA safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate with project supervisors and clients as needed.
  • Coordinate with interior operations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Protect buildings and contents from damage during projects.
  • Understand and oversee the installation of roofing materials and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, project supervisors, and clients.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in roofing.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and systems.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
