Job Summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax and Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Tax and Accounting department, you will provide exceptional support to our team members and clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of tax returns and other financial documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and mail client W2s, 1099 forms, and various tax returns with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure tax service fees are uploaded into our system in a timely manner.
  • Complete various tax and accounting mailings, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide accurate and timely accounting and tax processing support to our team members and clients.
  • Maintain tracking systems and adhere to department policies, procedures, and best practices to balance workload and meet aggressive timelines.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability and willingness to learn Adobe and other technology.
