About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in fast-food service or restaurant experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to a high standard and presented in an attractive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks to a high standard.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 6 months of fast-food service or restaurant experience is preferred.
- You must be able to obtain a Washington State Food Card within 30 days of employment.
- You must be able to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit within 30 days of employment.
Estimated Salary: $16-$21 per hour based on experience and location.
