Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dryer Operator to join our production team at US Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating the dryer and supporting the production of safe, quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport product into the dryer to remove excess water, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Assist in the operation of a suspended stainless steel barrel of produce on a hydraulic hoist.
  • Transport dry product to the hopper for transportation to the bagger.
  • Follow all Food Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Ensure conformance to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with light lifting and pushing required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a noisy environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and hours that may change regularly.
