Job Title: Senior Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

The Branches of Marlboro is seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Specialist to join our Activities Team. As a Senior Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can design and implement engaging programs that promote physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being among our residents. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Lead and participate in group activities, including arts and crafts, games, and other recreational pursuits.
  • Collaborate with the Programming Director to ensure seamless execution of activity programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to Activity Assistants, ensuring effective delivery of programs.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Senior Engagement Specialist at The Branches of Marlboro, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as recreation, education, or social work.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.
  • Knowledge of aging and disability issues, with training and experience in recreational activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • A passion for working with seniors and making a difference in their lives.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
