As a Registered Nurse-Maternal Fetal Med-PT Day Shift at Mission Hospital, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our patients. With over 2,000 sites of care and serving over 31.2 million patient interactions every year, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including delegating and supervising tasks as needed.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or be enrolled in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
- Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing.
- Must have and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty.
