Workforce Development Specialist

At Equus, we are seeking a highly motivated Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community partner sites.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build professional one-on-one working relationships with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that hinder employment.
- Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
- Conduct new customer orientation, ensuring positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract.
- Facilitate professional development workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking, and content development.
- Able to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectives.
