We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care and support to residents in a Residential Group Home setting.
Position OverviewAs a CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with activities of daily living, administering medication, and monitoring their health. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Colorado
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
- Competitive pay rates, up to $25 per hour depending on experience
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
