We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team at Washington County Bank. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of banking experience and be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. They will also be proficient in software applications related to loan processing and accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input all loan data into the bank's computer system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist customers and officers with loan inquiries and provide timely support.
- Track original notes and collateral vault keys, ensuring security and accuracy.
- Backup the DFS participation process to ensure new volume is booked accurately and efficiently.
- Provide senior management with regular reports on loan activity and performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of banking experience, preferably in loan processing or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
