About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This includes cleaning hallways, elevators, and other public spaces, as well as removing trash and recyclables from guest rooms.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel in accordance with housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
- Aid section housekeepers as needed, including providing additional linens and supplies.
- Report any missing or found articles, damage, or merchandise problems to the Senior Housekeeper or supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests and questions in a hospitable manner.
