**Job Title:** CNA Lead

**Job Summary:**

As a Lead CNA at Comfort Keepers, you will be responsible for leading a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing compassionate and personalized care to elderly clients. Your role will involve coordinating and overseeing daily activities, ensuring adherence to care plans, training and mentoring new CNAs, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring clients' health status, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living. You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of CNAs in providing high-quality care to clients
* Coordinate and oversee daily activities to ensure adherence to care plans
* Train and mentor new CNAs to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor clients' health status and administer medications as needed
* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers

**Requirements:**

* Current certification as a CNA
* Experience working with elderly clients
* Strong leadership and communication skills
