Fundraising Strategist

The Fundraising Strategist will develop and implement fundraising strategies to grow the annual campaign and manage the Women's Philanthropy program. This is a full-time position requiring event attendance in the evening hours during the campaign season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive women's philanthropy campaign plan and budget, partnering with senior leadership and lay leaders.
• Cultivate and steward a portfolio of donors and prospects, securing Annual Giving support through various strategies.
• Manage delivery and implementation of Women's Philanthropy programming and events, coordinating with marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or fundraising certification desirable.
• Minimum 5-7 years of fundraising experience with a successful track record.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and leadership skills.
• Proven management skills and knowledge of traditional and innovative fundraising techniques.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
