As an Account Manager with ADP, you'll be responsible for selling human resources technology solutions within a designated geographic territory. This will involve cultivating new business opportunities, managing complete sales cycles, and accurately forecasting your sales pipeline. You'll have the autonomy to run a book of business, flexibility to make your own schedule, and the ability to work closely with internal partners to deliver customized solutions to our clients.

We're looking for Business Development Representatives who are driven, resourceful, and thrive under pressure. As an Enterprise Sales Professional with ADP, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with expert guidance on Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners

• Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to our clients

• Accurately forecast sales pipeline and manage multiple sales cycles

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
