About the Job

The HR Generalist Intern will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts, employee relations, and day-to-day transactions. This part-time position will become full-time in the future.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in recruiting and employee relations at an appropriate level
  • Day-to-day transactions and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle

This is an entry-level HR position working under the general direction of the Human Resource Manager, receiving written and oral instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Understanding and/or knowledge of recruitment processes, benefit and compensation administration, and legal compliance requirements
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, with good listening skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word and Excel)
