Talent Acquisition Specialist

The HR Generalist Intern will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts, employee relations, and day-to-day transactions. This part-time position will become full-time in the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in recruiting and employee relations at an appropriate level
- Day-to-day transactions and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle
This is an entry-level HR position working under the general direction of the Human Resource Manager, receiving written and oral instructions.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Understanding and/or knowledge of recruitment processes, benefit and compensation administration, and legal compliance requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, with good listening skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word and Excel)
