About the Role:

FoxArneson Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Lead to join our team in Madison, WI. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute entire project lifecycles, including developing schedules, budgets, risk management strategies, and close-out.
  • Manage budgets for projects up to $20 million, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and change orders with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring thorough scope coverage and compliance with project documents.
  • Schedule and manage project meetings, providing updates on project status and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Supervise project teams to ensure deadlines, milestones, and project requirements are met.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to address design and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial construction manager, preferably with experience in both design/build and design/bid/build delivery methods.
  • Proficient using construction project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Broad knowledge of construction processes, construction law, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in construction management (e.g. PMP) or P.E. license, a plus.
