Compensation: $40-45/hour + Benefits
Soliant is looking for a committed Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide essential educational services to students with hearing challenges. This full-time, itinerant role requires working in various educational settings to assist students with hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to promote student achievement.
- Evaluate and track student progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
- Valid licensure as a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Oregon.
- Experience with deaf and hard of hearing students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
