Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our Field Technology Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and update software, hardware, and networking as necessary to support our Department education, programs, and operations efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice, guidance, and implementation of complex work items involving educational and Operations software products.
  • Offer technical support of complex work problems involving computer technology, including workstation and server hardware, software, and operating systems, networking hardware, software, and infrastructure, and various operating systems software.
  • Independently install, update, and manage applications and hardware at assigned facilities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
