Staff Pharmacist

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations for optimal patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
