Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Supervisor to lead our laboratory team at KA Recruiting Inc. in North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of laboratory analysis and technical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory analysis on received specimens, providing clinical information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
  • Oversee the overall quality, efficiency, and safety in the performance of assigned technical duties.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to laboratory staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemistry or a related life science.
  • ASCP certification or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of laboratory experience, including chemistry and supervisory experience.
